1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include all parts and accessories.

  3. Ship the Return: Ship the item back to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except when returning items due to damage or defects. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
